Billiejo Clothing Co. specializes in fashionable, custom swimwear, dancewear, and activewear for women and girls.
Lori Shenk, Billiejo's owner and founder, began by making dance costumes for her daughter, but soon, requests started to pour in from other mothers who recognized the style and quality of her work. Word about Lori's custom, designer dance costumes spread quickly and demand grew beyond her expectations, allowing her to employ others who shared her vision and passion.
Encouraged by her family, friends and employees, and driven by a desire to keep up with constant requests for new custom work, Lori opened a retail store for Billiejo Clothing Co. in Downtown Provo, Utah, where she could "tailor" to her clients individual needs in a welcoming, accessible, bright, and well-appointed location.
Billiejo Clothing Co. has become one of the nation's premiere providers of custom dance costuming services, creating costumes not only for local studios and dancers, but collegiate teams and professional dance productions as well. Billiejo dance costumes have been worn by contestants and performers on the most recognized stages, including many hit television programs like Dancing With the Stars, So You Think You Can Dance, and Live to Dance.
Additionally, Billiejo has expanded the concept of 100% custom made to the world of swimwear, offering modest swimwear for women and girls, who want to look good and feel great in the sun without sacrificing their individual commitment to modesty and true beauty.
